Q: Who owns Marquee Hire Info?
A: The events directory is owned by Regency Events Ltd. We are a long established Channel Island events company with the Editor based in Poole in Dorset.
Q: Why is Marquee Hire Info different to other directories?
A: The major factor which sets us above other directories is the sheer number of page one search results. We are Internet marketing professionals. Search on just about any relevant search term with Google or any other search engine and you are likely to find us on page one.

With over 1,200 page one search results we can guarantee advertisers maximum exposure to the UK  market. More importantly, quality bookings.
Q: How can I pay for my listing?
A: We offer two options. Firstly, you may pay by cheque. Just select the cheque payment option by email or by post. Secondly, we offer a secure payment on line option with 2Checkout using your credit or debit card.

Secure payment on line has two advantages over sending you an invoice. Firstly, your advert will go live quicker (usually the same day). Secondly, the system will automatically bill you again in 12 months time (unless cancelled); so, if we increase our prices you can still renew in 12 months time for the same price.
Q: When will my business listing be live on the site?
A: We create business listings / advertisements as soon as you have made payment, usually within 24 hours.
Q: How do I provide photographs?
A: There are two ways. After you have completed the booking form we will provide our email address. You can either email us images, or we can lift them directly from your website. Images are 225 x 150 pixels; however, you can provide any size of images provided they are 'landscape' and JPG or JPEG files. We will web optimise and re-size the images for you.
Q: How long will my business listing be displayed?
A: All listings are for 12 months. We will invoice you for the second year after the first 12 months (there is no obligation to renew listings).
Q: Why buy an advert on one of these pages?
A: Most of our 'key' pages are on page one for important search terms with Google and other search engines.

As well as being 'entry pages' to the website, there are thousands of potential customers who are looking for a complete package: marquees, catering, loos, furniture and linen hire, etc. These customers look at a large number of pages on the website.

Our click through rates vary between 10% and 35%.

For every 10,000 page views advertisers could expect an average of 2,000 clicks direct to your website.
